This page is a landing page. It has no forms, no accounts and no sign up. It collects nothing you type.

What we count

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits to this page: which page was opened, roughly where from, and what device. IP addresses are anonymised. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, the counter does not load at all.

The app

The Daily Journal app is at habittracker.customaidashboard.com. It is invite only and has its own accounts. What you write there is yours. You choose person by person who can see it, and entry text is kept out of our logs.

Studies are quoted from the app's Mantra cards, each with its source. They show links, not proof of cause. Nothing on this page is medical advice.
