How to use it
Write each session down straight after you finish it. Seeing the log fill up is a quiet reward, and looking back shows what you actually did.
A tip
Build up slowly and listen to your body. This sheet is a record only. If you are new to exercise or have a health condition, check with a doctor first.
Questions
Do I need to write sets and reps?
Only if they suit your activity. Leave the column blank for walking or swimming.
Is this a training plan?
No. It is a blank log and gives no advice.
